Programs

Whether it be weight-loss, toning, strength-training or body building, we can custom tailor a work-out program to meet your needs. We also have a fantastic and easy to follow diet plan (hand-out) which is yours for the asking. Literally thousands have benefited from this diet over the years. This diet enables you to "cut up" or "lean out" and hold on to your lean tissue (muscle) at the same time. It really works!

Weight-Training: Individualized weight-training programs and routines, 3-day, 4-day or 5-day. Tailor made to your busy schedule. Be sure to ask for our free "Beginning Weight-Training" booklet (hand-out) for both men and women. It has valuable information as to when to train, how often to train and what parts of the body to train and on what days. We also have at each facility a huge picture book with detailed descriptions of virtually every exercise that you would ever want or need. Great for the beginner to intermediate!

Cardio-Training: To supplement your weight-training and to ensure cardio (heart) health or just to burn a little stored fat. Recommended sessions are as little as 20 minutes prior to weight-lifting to warm-up the body, for healthy heart maintenance and to burn fat and up to 30 minutes on days without the weights with a little abdominal training (10-15 minutes) to tone up that mid-section and really burn the fat.

Circuit Training- The program is great for weight loss, beginner, exercisers who have hit a plateau, and for people interested in building endurance. This is an interval training that minimizes rest between sets and exercises. It consists of only weight training and brief high intense cardiovascular exercise. This class held in the ladies private gym, for women only, and hosted by Nicole Lirette.

Elite Pump- Similar to Body Pump, this 45-60 minute choreographed workout using barbells and weights, dumbbells and bench steps. Elite pump strengthens, conditions, tones, and defines muscles nothing else can. Ideal for beginner right through experienced exercisers. This class is hosted by Anitra LeBlanc.

Pilates- Balanced Body Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels, and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. This class is hosted by Marci Brunet.

Spin Cycling- From training wheels, or the novice level of cycling to advanced spin, these workouts are based on Johnny G’s Famed Spinning for Indoor Cycling System, for those who are now just starting to experience this revolutionary non-impact aerobic program. From session to session you will see and feel your weight drop, your thighs, hamstrings, buttocks, and abdominal get firmer, and your endurance rise while you race to levels of strength and conditioning that are unimaginable. It employs the same top of the line indoor cycling “V” bike and techniques licensed by Johnny G. This class is hosted by certified indoor Cyclist, Nicole Lirette.

Step Aerobic- Also known as Total body workout is a 45-60 minute class consisting of a warm-up, the use of dumbbells and bench, ending with abdominal work and cool down. This is for beginner to intermediate participant. The classes are hosted by Anitra LeBlanc, Fatima Muhwesh or Jody Lirette.

All aerobics and cardio classes are included within the membership and free to member kids. A facility guest fee will be charged to all non-members and their kids.
